Throwback Thursday: Alcan Highway

I first arrived in Alaska via the Alcan Highway in 2008. The majestic scenery, wonderful people and undeniable grandeur lured me back again in 2009 and by 2010 I was living in the Fishhook in an unfinished cabin I had purchased sight unseen from a beach in Belize. Never intending to stay more than a year, life had other plans and soon I met Dennis and we were building a life in our beloved Hatcher Pass. Though we now travel far and wide, our home and hearts remain in Alaska.
